Well for one I'm pretty sure that's illegal, because I installed in aftermarket navi screen and I had to ground a wire on my parking brake so I couldn't watch movies while driving or what you have, because in Texas State Law doesn't allow viewing videos while in drive or not looking at the road punching in those address. I mean it can be done, you need to take the cover off of where your parking/E-brake is or your transmission to park and look for that grounding wire, since your working with a stock system I honestly have no clue what wires to look for plus you need to see if doing this will void any warranties you have on your lexus, my car is a 10 year old lexus so messing with it doesn't void anything because those warranties are long gone.
Look into your warranty and make sure you don't void it, and if your not an audio expert, I would recommend you take this to an aftermarket shop *since your car is an 07 probably not a good idea, because of warranty* and have then remove the ground off the parking brake or transmission gear to some other ground * like a screw or bolt*. It will be hard to find a shop to do this unless you do it yourself since it is illegal to do this. I understand though what you mean, you sit at a red light and want to enter an address without putting it in park or something. In my opinion it isn't worth it since your car is newish compared to my 1999 lexus.
