Default Should I get a 1998 Lexus GS300 with 64k miles?

The lexus is at a dealership and in great condition. I Have gotten it down to $6,800. How long will it last me if maintained. Is it a good car. I want it to run me for 5 years with out any costs besides oil changes and other regular maintainance. The car i have now is a 2002 toyota camry with 106k miles and i have an offer for around $7,000

My chick got one for $17000 years back with 58k on the clock. REally, that's no difference. All I have done is the starter. It has 90k now. Oh yeah, she has the six. Great reliable car. If I had it, it would run 300k or better since I'm a car guy.....but She just gets in turns the key, slaps it in Drive and she's off!! It's Funny.....it's all in one motion
I "do" keep up with regular oil changes though.
